Staffelter Hof - Jan Matthias Klein
Founded in 862, and that’s not a typo, Staffelter Hof is one of the oldest companies in the world. Jan Matthias Klein took over in 2005 and they converted to fully organic starting in 2011 and were certified in 2014.
